### What does Greaney Consulting do for aluminum extruders?
Greaney Consulting has supported aluminum extrusion plants across North America since 1996. We integrate Foy EPICS with ERP and accounting systems, connect extrusion presses and PLCs so production data flows in automatically, help plants select and implement an ERP, and build custom reports, interfaces and applications.

### Do you work with Foy EPICS extrusion software?
Yes. We work with many EPICS customers on integrations, interfaces, reporting and data projects. EPICS itself is sold and implemented by Foy, Inc.; we work alongside the Foy team and the plant's staff to connect EPICS with the plant's ERP, press, PLC and other systems.

### Can EPICS be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Yes. A common setup is EPICS for plant operations (sales order entry, work orders, press routing and shipping) and Business Central for purchasing, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, and the general ledger. We design the integration between them and handle planning, implementation, training and support. We do not resell Microsoft licenses.

### What is press and PLC data integration, and why does it matter?
It captures data directly from extrusion presses and PLCs instead of relying on manual entry. That removes human error, gives more accurate production and inventory data, and builds a dataset that can later be used for analytics and AI-driven process insights.

### Do you support VISIBILITY ERP?
Yes. We provide ongoing support, custom inquiries and reports, transaction processing enhancements and integrations for manufacturers running VISIBILITY ERP.

### Can you help a new (greenfield) extrusion plant choose and set up its systems?
Yes. We help new plants define the boundary between EPICS and the ERP, compare ERP options, plan the architecture and timeline, and carry the project through implementation, training and go-live support.
